If shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada, please contact us for additional shipping fees and please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. We do offer international shipping also! Questions that bothered us so...
Is there a way to receive special discounts?
Yes! If you sign up here, I will add you to my newsletter list and e-mail you from time to time with special discounts and free shipping offers. Plus, I often accompany the newsletter with a free giveaway just to newsletter subscribers. *Your information will never be shared with other companies.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Majority of all merchandise is shipped out within 7 - 10 business days with the exception of all artwork products which take at least 2 weeks. If you need your order overnighted, we will be happy to help you for an additional charge. If shipping outside the US (Alaska, Hawaii and Canada) please allow up to three weeks for delivery.
What company do you use to ship items?
Most things that come directly from Saltwater Style will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Some items are drop ship from the artist. We will be happy to rush packages, but extra shipping will be required. Please contact us for more information. All promotional shipping will be sent through regular mail.
Do you overnight orders?
Please e-mail us if you are interested in this option. We would be happy to overnight anything currently in stock. There are some items on the site that are not available for overnight shipping. Please contact us if you are interested in this option and we would be happy to bill for the additional shipping charges and rush the product.
Do you offer returns?
Saltwater Style will gladly return any non-personalized item unless defective. We want you to be happy and if you are not, please let us know. You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return any unused item. Saltwater Style will gladly offer a refund or a replacement (minus shipping costs). We strongly suggest getting tracking/delivery confirmation on any items being returned, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. All items must be returned to Saltwater Style prior to refund.
How do I use Paypal?
First, let me stress that you do not need a paypal account in order to use Paypal. Paypals accepts major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
Once all items are added into your cart, please click on "Go to Payments"
Enter billing address (and shipping address if different). If a complimentary gift note is needed, please place that info in the special notes field. Click Continue.
Click credit card or cash payment via Paypal, then push the continue button.
IF YOU ARE USING A PAYPAL ACCOUNT:
Login and proceed by clicking the orange button "Log In"
IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO USE YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT OR DO NOT HAVE ONE:
Click "Don't have a paypal account" on the left hand side, about halfway down the screen. (I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)
Fill out credit card info, address, e-mail, and phone number, then click "review and continue"
If you have a paypal account already set up, it is going to try to get you to log in by saying:
"Our records show that you have a PayPal account." Do not log in, rather click
without logging in which is located directly under the login information box.
Click the orange button that says Pay $ now to complete transaction
Only part of my order arrived, now what?
Since there are some things on Saltwater Style that are handmade (jewelry, artwork), many times we will send the order directly to the artist that makes the item. The item then will ship directly from that person, eliminating the wait time for them to ship the item to Saltwater Style, and then us forward it on to you. If you have received only part of your order, please contact me and I will double check that this is the case.
Do you wholesale any of your items?
Currently, we sell Saltwater Style apparel. If you are interested, please contact us at india@saltwaterstyle.com. You must have a valid State Resale License in order to purchase wholesale.
